Predicting performance and guiding smarter inventory decisions
Built a dynamic sales KPI dashboard that visualizes real-time performance data, helping leadership track trends, inventory status, and marketing effectiveness. Coupled with this, I implemented forecasting models using Python’s Prophet library to predict future sales trends. This empowered the client to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts by 25%, and make data-driven marketing decisions. Automated data refreshes ensured up-to-date insights without manual intervention.
